Acute Limping in Children

Any asymmetric deviation from a general gait pattern is defined as a limp. Basically, acute limping is a very major complaint among children. The differential diagnosis of acute limping includes viral or bacterial arthritis, osteomyelitis, idiopathic avascular necrosis and a slipped capital femoral epiphysis. Read more…
